Ground Works

ALD have covered all types of groundwork over the past 23 years. We provide a first class service for: - strip foundations, drainage, concrete slabs, reducing ground levels, paving, all types of drive ways with natural soakaways, to all types of landscaping. We also have experience in concrete piles, sheet piling, under pining and ring beams.

Brickwork

ALD cover all aspects of brickwork from garden walls, extensions, to new build projects. We can make any structural alteration you require including: - propping, demolition, removal of internal walls to steel design and erection. We have a qualified structural engineer.

Joinery

If you require a new kitchen or a loft conversion, ALD will design and install all your joinery needs including: - doors, skirting, architrave, stair cases, roof trusses, internal studwork to garden decking.

Stud partitions are a great cost effective way of creating a new room layout to a private or commercial property.

Roofing

Whether your roof needs refurbishing or recovering, ALD have got it covered. This includes: - Scaffolding, felting, battening, lead work, tiles, slates, Velux roof lights and dormer conversions.

We also fit facia boards, soffits, gutters and down pipes.

Electrics

We can design and advise on all your electrical needs big or small. This includes: - rewires, alterations, extra socket points, alarms, security lights, fire alarms, all carried out by a NIC EIC qualified electrician.

Plumbing

If your boiler needs replacing, we can install a new energy efficient combination boiler. This will help to lower fuel costs. We also carry out general plumbing repairs including: - full heating systems, under floor heating, bathroom suits and wet rooms.  All boiler work is carried out by our Gas Safe heating engineer.

Tiling

If you want your kitchen or bathroom to have that extra special look, ALD can tile your walls or floor.
We will help you to create a design to suit your room, using natural or ceramic tiles, trims and borders.

Decoration

Decoration is the key to a great home. We cover all decoration including:-gloss, satin, emulsion, paper hanging, varnishing and all exterior work.
